Stu Haack:

Over the last 10 years we've seen dramatic changes in the craft beer industry. In a recent article by Joshua Bernstein and Men's Journal, he talks about the 10 biggest changes in the last 10 years at the craft brewing industry. We've seen the rise of tap rooms and big beer acquisitions and hazy IPAs. We've also seen the decline of wild ales, Belgian beers and even beer weeks and local cities. But one thing that's particularly interesting to me is the rise of cans over bottles in craft beer. But perhaps most importantly, it's around the sustainability efforts of the craft beer industry.
